WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING…
I really can’t express how happy and excited I’ve been since finding your videos and FB. I’ve “tapped” since 1999, but have never felt as many “a-ha” moments as I do with your instructions. I feel like I’m experiencing a T-Tapp “rebirth” of sorts. Today, I did your video of the second half of T-tapp and it was great. I was spent, but happily spent. Time flew by so fast, I was kinda sad when I got to lawnmowers……I was in such a zone. I have never felt that way about the Total Workout and used to do it just to get it done. I had a love/hate relationship with it…..loved Teresa and the results but didn’t like how I felt doing it. I just want to let you know that I think you are a great T-Tapp trainer and so sweet to consider your students and their workout suggestions. Let me tell you another reason why I love you as a trainer. I know T-tapping at a slower pace yields more results and you were able to get the “fabulous five” AND still keep the exercises at a pace where I could still achieve activation and good form. The reason I know I am now activating more and have better form is because I feel it more in all the right places. ~Tonia M.

Holy cow. Bought your Waist Whittler workout. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve done a T-Tapp Tempo workout (been doing first step fascia fitness, and mostly walking a lot). I’m probably a beginner as far as form goes, although it’s getting better. I honestly have another trainer’s workout that has 2 floor days. I haven’t done them but once cause I hardly felt any activation and not being one who enjoys exercise it was not fun. Before this I felt the most impact from Teresa’s Senior Fit a few years ago. With your workout I’m feeling all kinds of lingering workout activation in my lower apron area and thighs and I could really feel it in other places throughout. It was intense! ~Paula B.
Let me tell you another reason why I love you as a trainer. I know T-tapping at a slower pace yields more results and in Booty Camp Tempo you were able to get the “fabulous five”(Organs in place/Half Frogs, Diva Derrière, Awesome Legs, Cat Crossovers, Pretzel Twist) plus some extra goodies like crab claws and pretty legs, within 35 minutes AND still keep the exercises at a pace where I could still achieve activation and good form. The reason I know I am now activating more and have better form is because I feel it more in all the right places. After I finished the workout, I could absolutely tell my buns, legs and abs got a workout but also my entire body felt stronger and more pulled in. Great job, Kiona! ~Tonia M.
Live Class Instructional Workouts – Approx. 1 hour
As a T Tapp newbie (I have the book and the basic plus workout DVD) your explanations and pacing is perfect in this “Hack the Back” workout. Also, as a person living with Chronic illnesses, the pace was perfect and I don’t feel like I am suffering from exercise fatigue. I’m looking forward to trying this workout a few times this week. ~Shiloh W.
