T-Tapp is a series of copyrighted, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment. Its special sequence of comprehensive, compound muscle movements helps establish better alignment as well as increased strength and flexibility of the spine, better neuro-kinetic (NK) flow, lymphatic function and increased metabolic rate. Its physical therapy approach to fitness makes it sage for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck and back concerns. Yet, it delivers a challenging workout for all fitness levels!

T-Tapp’s preventative wellness workouts deliver results inside and out. Instead of focusing on burning calories an fat to lose weight, T-Tapp concentrated on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, elimination in addition to improving lymphatic function and neuro-kinetic flow. Increased energy, mental clarity and overall health immediately improve as you body tightens and tones. Faster inch loss occurs because muscles develop like girdles so they can uplift and cinch in target areas of concert. That’s because T-Tapp develops long, lean muscle fibers with strength and flexibility for great muscle density instead of muscle bulk. In fact, T-Tapp can redesign bulky muscle imbalance, but with T-Tapp muscles are always build with strength and flexibility. It just happens that this type of muscle development also increases metabolic processing for higher burning of calories and fat even when not working out. Last of all, T-Tapp is a left-right brain, mind-body workout. With movements designed to re-train motor skills on each side of the body independently; a more comprehensive connection from the each side of the brain to the entire body can be built. Most of you have heard the phrase “if you don’t use it, you lose it” but with T-Tapp it’s never too late to rebuild total body fitness and health. Come discover that “Yes You CAN” with T-Tapp and FEEL the difference while you try some sample moves for FREE. Or order your own T-Tapp system NOW.

Compare and Contrast T-Tap MORE and the Total Workout!
If that doesn’t say something….here’s what ELSE I’ve learned and seen with this workout in the past 2.5 years.

I still to this day, FEEL this workout over B+/TWO because my lats get SO much more sore. Ladybug is right up there with it but everyone knows this is an intermediate/advanced level workout so that’s not surprising. MORE really allows you to maintain the proper full fiber isometric contraction through EVERY rep. What I’ve seen over the years being a trainer that most of us lose our form after three reps….sad but true. We rest on 4-5 then kick back in for the last 3….IF we are paying attention to what we are doing…OR….DON’T go to your max on any of the reps so you can MAKE it to 8 with DECENT (but not perfect) form (my personal favorite). I TOTALLY have the mind set that…”it’s ONLY four reps…so I HAVE to do every single one perfectly” which is similar to what Andrea and Eskimo alluded to. I can drag myself out of bed exhausted and barely able to move to DO four reps instead of 8…even though B+ takes less time. This thinking honestly was my BIGGEST EVER total loss with T-Tapp from May 2004 to Oct 2004 when I lost 22 total inches (I’m up there with Jeannie and Rhonda as queen of the slow losers.) I learned two things from that time period…1. CONSISTENCY is your biggest hurdle and 2. FORM…FORM..FORM…it’s not how MUCH T-Tapp you do, it’s how WELL you do all that you do. And I give that exact little speech in every one of my classes.

Other people’s results with MORE….my 64 year old mother, with blown knees went from a 16 to an 8 in 8 months doing ONLY the MORE workout. She had the TWO but never used it…too much coordination effort. One of my current clients….a 73-year old lady with no physical ailments had been doing TWO for over a year with no inch loss results at all…consistently, every week – every other day. She could feel she felt better, she could feel flexibility improve, but never saw an inch budge. I got her into MORE after a couple personal sessions with the same inches refusing to budge. One session of MORE and she started seeing inch loss.

I definitely sell more of these workouts than TWO because I am SUCH a big believer in it. I’m not trying to sell additional tapes here, BUT if you do MORE, memorize the technique, the way the moves are really broken down, explained and how precise and meticulously they are done…then take that BACK to your Total Workout…it’s a whole new workout. A lot of people are doing that now with Ladybug and IMHO it’s really just taking the MORE technique to the next level. Ms. T never does ANYTHING by chance so there is no WAY it’s an accident that the Ladybug workout has fewer reps on most of the exercises than TWO does…..she wants more full fiber activation…that’s what Ladybug and MORE are really about. TWO is about TOTAL workout principles. It is more balanced with additional cardio, lymphatic pumping etc it doesn’t focus so heavily on just the total muscle activation techniques of the other two workouts…but those are the HARDEST principles in T-Tapp to GET. Cardio, lymphatic movement, even linear alignment…those come by looking at yourself in the mirror and doing your best to imitate T….at least to a relative degree….but total muscle activation…that takes practice. Every class and clinic I Have taught since May 2004 has incorporated the MORE technique in it somewhere because it just helps you really understand T-Tapp at a deeper level so I always recommend blending them both for those who are more fit. T-Tapp is about understanding…the workout, the principles and most importantly…those lead to better understanding your own body.
