Private Sessions

 

Do you need personalized instruction, motivation, and more structure; have tons of questions and more?  Then private one-on-one sessions are for you.  Get personalized attention, as much or as little explanation as you need and want.  Details on ANY T-Tapp workout, how to give up dieting forever and be thin, how to improve your skin or any other health concern are available in private sessions.  My prices vary depending on the subject of the session (exercise, eating or skin) where you want to do the session and how many you want to do.  Below is an Outline of the pricing structure as listed in the on-line web store.

 

Personal Workout Training at my Studio

  • Ranges from $85 per session for single sessions to $50 each for 10+ session packages

 

Personal Workout Training at your home or studio

  • Ranges from $120 per session for single sessions to $75 each for 15+ session packages

  • Travel Time compensated at $10 per 15 minutes of drive time each way (Traffic excluded)

 

Cellulite/Skin Care Private Sessions or Nutritional/Diet Coaching

  • Ranges from $40 per session for single sessions to $100 for a 3 session package

Phone Coaching for Motivation and Consistency

  • $0.50 per minute minimum of 15 minutes, maximum of 60 in one session, session numbers to be determined.
